If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from our website, you may be eligible to return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided it has been unused and is being returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return cost of freight. Make sure the goods are carefully packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact Clipper Corporation via our Customer Care phone line or email. Clipper will not accept any returns without a valid RMA. Upon receipt of an approved return in new condition, Clipper will refund your original form of payment.
Most Viking Culinary products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. For assistance due to defects in manufacturing or materials, please contact our Customer Service Team for warranty service.
Clipper Corporation (Clipper) warrants Viking® cookware to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal household use from the date of the original purchase throughout the useful lifetime of the product.
Clipper agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any item found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal household use. This warranty excludes warping, or metal separation due to high heat or prolonged heat exposure, damage arising from thermal shocks, drops, improper use, commercial, professional or workplace use, an unauthorized modification or repair, or failure to follow the use and care instructions.
This warranty excludes deterioration of the nonstick coating through normal use, or nonstick damage caused by misuse, abuse, metal or sharp utensils, or the deterioration of nonstick performance caused by aerosol cooking sprays.
This warranty also excludes normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse or catastrophic events, and does not apply to scratches, stains, discoloration or other damage to external or internal surfaces which does not impair the functional utility of the cookware, or damage caused by use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or bleach
The warranty does not apply to minor imperfections and color variations, which are normal. This warranty does not cover glass that is part of the product
This warranty is limited to the original consumer with receipt or proof of purchase and is not transferable. If the product was not purchased new from an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of the manufacturer, this warranty is null and void. Clipper’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at Clipper’s sole discretion. Clipper shall not be liable for any special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If the item you are returning is discontinued and is no longer available, Clipper will automatically replace your item with the most comparable item currently manufactured. Products found to not be defective in material or workmanship will be returned directly to you with a letter stating why.
To obtain warranty service, contact Clipper Corporation during normal business hours, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Provide model number, item description, and a copy of the original purchase receipt. You may be asked to supply pictures of the product with your warranty claim. The consumer is responsible for all warranty return shipping costs.
