Our Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from our website, you may be eligible to return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Make sure the goods are carefully packaged to avoid any damage in transit.

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact Clipper Corporation via our Customer Care phone line or email. Clipper will not accept any returns without a valid RMA. Upon receipt of an approved return in new condition, Clipper will refund your original form of payment. 

Warranty Returns

Most Viking Culinary products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.  For assistance due to defects in manufacturing or materials, please contact our Customer Service Team for warranty service.
