The Viking 13-Piece 3-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware Set features three layers of stainless steel and aluminum to distribute heat evenly throughout the bottom and sides of the pan. The set features vented glass lids that make it easy to see what it happening during the cooking process while also reducing the chance of boil-overs. The interior of the saucepans and stock pots are marked with easy-to-use measurement markings to quickly measure cooking liquids. The cookware features the signature Viking solid cast stainless steel handles that are attached with stainless steel rivets for a lifetime of use. The stainless steel pans are oven, grill, and broiler safe to 600°F without the lid.
